I was playing a game with Sweden, Kristina and I had over 900 tourism while my culture is around 450. But another civilization with 600 tourism and culture won the culture victory before me. I had a great religion that was spread to half of the game and I also had Cristo Redentor wonder. I really do not understand why I lost the game. Can someone explain me because all the guides I’ve been reading say that you have to generate as much as tourism in order to win.
